Susanne has a passion for helping people find the right career path and growing to their full potential. She has over a decade of leadership experience in Adult Education, Leadership Development and Talent Management. She's participated in the hiring process for hundreds of people looking to find their dream job and helped countless leaders hone in on their development goals and achieve results quickly.
Susanne loves coaching those interested in getting into leadership, emerging leaders or newly promoted folks.
You can find her enjoying the shores of Lake Huron where she lives with her husband and daughter.
Ashleigh Trahan, ACC, CEC
Ashleigh Trahan is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and is an award winning Leadership Development and Talent Management professional with over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry.
Her mission in life is to help folks get aligned with their values, tap into their unique and limitless potential, and create more freedom in their lives. She loves to be able to use her knowledge from working behind the scenes in HR to help folks craft the perfect resume that boosts their confidence, tells their career story, and ultimately lands them their dream job.
When it comes to leadership coaching, Ashleigh specializes in coaching middle to senior leaders, especially those who are dealing with challenging teams or employees, or who want to focus on their growing their leadership presence from the inside out.
She lives with her partner in a tiny house on Vancouver Island.
